During Wednesday’s edition of “Kropka nad i” there was a tense atmosphere in the TVN24 studio. Opposite Monika Olejnik sat Deputy Minister of Education Katarzyna Lubanuer and Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak. Even though the guests disagreed on many issues from the beginning, they tried to control their emotions.
Monika Olejnik did not have time to ask Bosak a question in “Kropka nad i”. He heard what was going on and protested
This was until Monika Olejnik started a discussion about migration policy and what had been happening on the Polish-Belarusian border in recent days. The words of Krzysztof Bosak, who allegedly shared photos of black people on his social media profile, were met with the greatest outrage from the host. “Madam Editor, last night I shared the opinion of an African and Polish citizen, former MP… Abraham Godson, who says exactly the same as us. He does not accept migrants who do not have the ability to adapt…”. The deputy marshal’s statement was immediately interrupted by the presenter, who claimed that MP Godson should not decide who has what rights, and then turned to Katarzyna Lubanuer: “Now, ma’am.”
“First of all, it seemed to me that so far we were having a civil conversation, which consisted in the fact that no one interrupted each other, and now you are starting…” – began the Deputy Minister of Education. As she continued speaking, the atmosphere in the studio was getting thicker by the minute. “You may have good intentions, but you operate not in the realm of reality, but in the realm of fantasy,” Krzysztof Bosak said to Katarzyna Lubanuer. A little later, the politician, asked by Monika Olejnik, stated that Polish soldiers should fire shots, but only at people who do not respond to the commands given to them. These words of the Confederation MP outraged the presenter. “But shoot in the head? In the stomach? Or shoot somewhere?” – Monika Olejnik asked. “In the legs,” Krzysztof Bosak finally replied.
Shortly afterwards, a heated discussion broke out between the politician, the host, and Katarzyna Lubanuer, which Monika Olejnik tried to put an end to, seeing that the airtime was running out. “Okay, we have to finish, we have to finish, thank you, Monika Olejnik, that was a ‘dot the i’ and thank you very much. I didn’t have time to ask you whether in the future if your child would like to get married or marry a dark-skinned person, you by…” – the presenter said to the camera, to which Krzysztof Bosak replied: “If you haven’t asked so far, please don’t comment.”
