Dustworms are also known as dustworms. These are tiny, white or brown insects that are barely visible to the naked eye and hide in nooks and crannies of your home. They resemble dust on furniture, and when there are a lot of them – “cats”, i.e. characteristic dust balls. Where do gnats and dustworms come from?
What are dust worms? They are difficult to see with the naked eye
Biters, mischief makers and nooks and crannies come into your home in many ways. They can get into the interior through open windows, cracks in the walls, or you can bring them in on your clothes, hair or books from second-hand bookshops and libraries. Like a magnet, they are attracted to moisture, mold and organic debris such as paper, newspapers and even wallpaper on the walls. They prefer dark and damp corners as hiding places.
Individual dustworms are almost invisible to the naked eye. When more of them appear, they can be confused with dust. Although they do not bite, they damage furniture, books and items made of natural materials. They can also cause problems for people with allergies and asthma, causing sneezing, watery eyes and a runny nose.
