On July 8, 2020, the first episode of the series “Knock on My Door” debuted on FOX. The production quickly became popular not only in its native Turkey, but also abroad. The series also reached Poland, where for some time it was broadcast on the WP channel. The title won the sympathy of viewers, but despite its popularity, it was not offered by any of the streaming services available in our country.
Plot “Knock on my door”
“Knock on my door” tells the story of Eda, a young girl from a poor family who dreams of studying at a foreign university. She wins a scholarship, but it is taken away thanks to Serkan Bolat. The man suggests that Eda pretend to be his fiancée for the next two months in exchange for restoring the financing. The girl initially rejects the wealthy man’s offer, but changes her mind when she realizes that refusing will mean giving up her studies at a foreign university. The aversion to the rich Serkan slowly turns into a passionate feeling, and the two main characters become entangled in a web of intrigues and lies. The main roles are played by Hande Erçel, Kerem Bürsin, Evrim Do?an and Anil Ilter.
Although the series has not yet been offered by any streaming service available in Poland, fragments of individual episodes appear among the recordings available on Tik Tok. Many of them are strictly humorous or refer to the relationship between the main characters.
