- Remember to hydrate properly. If you have trouble drinking water, set an alarm on your phone and drink a glass every two hours.
- Sleep 7-8 hours a day, and eat your last meal three hours before going to bed. Thanks to this, you will sleep better and you will not have a problem getting up in the morning.
