The trial of Krzysztof S., co-creator of “Tęczowy Music Box” has started
Krzysztof S. is accused of sexual abuse of a person under 15 years of age. According to Wirtualne Media, the prosecutor’s office said the incident took place in 2017. In the previous months, the court tried to start working on the case several times, but each time it was prevented by unforeseen situations, i.e. several excused absences. The case was transferred from Puławy to Warsaw. The trial had just started, neither Krzysztof S. nor his defense lawyer was in the courtroom. According to RMF radio, the next hearing will take place only after the holidays, on September 5. The musician faces two to 12 years in prison.
There have been allegations of alleged sexual abuse surrounding Krzysztof S. for several years. Some of them concerned activities from the 1990s that had expired, which resulted in the discontinuation of the proceedings. Mariusz Zielke made a documentary about the situation on the set of “Tęczowy Music Box” titled “Bagno”. In addition to highlighting further matters regarding the musician Krzysztof S., Zielke accused the creators and mainstream media of remaining silent on the topic. Although Krzysztof S. tried to prove in court that Zielke did not exercise due diligence in the document, he lost last fall:
Today I won the trial against Krzysztof S. The court found that I exercised the utmost diligence and reliability, and the evidence collected was “devastating” for Krzysztof S. – wrote Mariusz Zielke on social media at the beginning of October last year.
The journalist also wrote the book “Bejbi”, in which he accused S. of molesting children associated with “Tęczowy Music Boks”, “Co jest grane” and the Tęcza band.
