They will be able to continue with their registration until June 12 along with citizens whose identity document ends in 9.

However, this process is not exempt from claims and complaints from users who have not been able to register their request. For this reason, the entity extended the deadline to improve the virtual platform and carry out maintenance work. Along these lines, it is important that AFP members verify if their request was duly registered and follow up to receive the disbursement successfully.

More than 1 million AFP members have already registered their requests for disbursement of up to 4 UIT (S/20,600), which would begin to be made effective on June 14 at the latest. During these first weeks, citizens whose ID ends in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 have completed this free and digital procedure through the portal www.solicitaretiroafp.pe.

3. Complete the captcha code and click ‘inquire’.
4. If you completed this last step, you will be able to follow up on your AFP withdrawal request.

In the case of AFP Hábitat members, they must take these guidelines into account:

1. Go to this LINK and choose your type of document.
2. Write the number of your DNI or other identification document you have.
3. Enter your date of birth and check the ‘I am not a robot’ box.
4. Finally, click on ‘consult’ and you will find out how your AFP withdrawal request is going.

These are the steps to register your AFP withdrawal request

• Check the date on which you must enter the link to register your request, according to the last digit of your ID.
• Enter the link: www.solicitaretiroafp.pefrom Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Click ‘I want to withdraw’. Next, a page will open with some considerations to take into account and the schedule will appear according to the DNI.
• Then, go to ‘start my application’ and select the type of document you have: DNI, immigration card, passport, temporary residence permit and others.
• Write your DNI number and the verification digit.
• Enter your expiration date, click ‘I’m not a robot’ and then ‘consult’.
• If your last DNI number complies with the official schedule, you can continue with the procedure.
• They will ask you how much is the amount you want to withdraw from your fund. To do this, you must choose two options: whether to transfer to a bank account or an AFP account.
• Enter your contact information such as place of residence, account number, email, among others. In this way, your request will be registered.
