At the beginning of June, he started his unique concert tour around Polish stadiums. He played his first two concerts in Gdańsk, where there were many surprises. The recordings of the performance in which the artist responded to Maciej Maleńczuk’s comments received a lot of attention. He had major reservations about Podsiadło’s career.
Dawid Podsiadło filled the arena in Gdańsk for two days in a row. He prepared many attractions
The 360 stage gave the musician many opportunities. Thanks to the sea of fans surrounding the platforms on all sides, Podsiadło could be closer to his listeners. The musician repeatedly addressed those who came to Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk, told anecdotes and joked. He also prepared a lot of surprises.
Vito Bambino appeared on the stage next to Podsiadło, the set list was full of the singer’s immortal hits, as well as the latest compositions, the lighting, pyrotechnics and an inflatable dolphin soaring over the heads of those gathered at the concert during the song “Nie ma fal” were impressive.
Podsiadło joked with the fans. The surprises started faster than the concert
The attractions associated with the concert began even before Podsiadło’s fans heard the first song. Before the performance, the artist invited fans for ice cream. In front of the Forum Gdańsk you could eat a portion of sweets for free. “It’s amazing that we can play for you two times in a full stadium. I would like to thank you very much for that and I thought I would invite you for ice cream. HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND!” – was the message from Podsiadło, which you could read while standing in line for treats.
However, this is still not the end of the singer’s ideas. Podsiadło decided to play a joke on the fans. Before the concert, a frame with the words “Smile” appeared on the screens. Every now and then a different person from the audience appeared on the screens. A well-known practice often used during matches was slightly modified this time. A filter was placed on the screen that made every face on it appear to be crying. Almost all of us have been able to test a similar trick for years thanks to the filters available on social media.
Not everyone liked the idea. In the comments under the TikTok videos, there were accusations that the artist was copying ideas from the United States. Moreover, it was difficult for some people to distance themselves from the situation, hundreds of people supported the opinion that showing them on the big screen with such a facial modification would not be comfortable for them. “I would break down if a filter jumped into my face on such a screen,” we read under the video.
