The cost of obtaining such a document is not fixed and ranges from PLN 300 to even PLN 1,000. According to the website, higher prices apply in larger cities such as Warsaw, Kraków and Poznań, while in smaller ones the cost will fluctuate around the lower limit. However, it is worth remembering that the energy certificate is issued for 10 years, unless the owner or tenant carries out renovations that will affect energy consumption.
