Dr. Marc Leavey of Mercy Medical Center in Massachusetts said At night, the bedroom is so warm that bacteria and fungi grow quickly in the water, and additionally, dust from the bedding settles in it. For this reason, drinking it may harm us more than help us. Therefore, it is better to store water in a closed bottle and pour it into a glass right after getting out of bed.
