This is an increasingly common problem among Poles. Solution? “Watch the wiener”

The lifestyle of an increasing number of Poles is deteriorating. This affects not only our well-being, but also health problems. Fortunately, in many respects we do not rely only on medicines or frequent visits to medical facilities. The “sausage” will help solve one of them.

How we eat, spend our free time and at work affects our condition. Not only mental, but also physical. If we take care of a balanced diet, proper hydration of the body and any form of activity, we improve our chances of maintaining full fitness for as long as possible. However, this is not helped by the fact that we are increasingly “victims” of working in front of a computer.

This problem, instead of decreasing, is increasing. Solution? Within reach

Long-term sitting in front of screens worsens our physical abilities. However, we are not just talking about a tight neck, dead buttock syndrome or a limping condition. Tomek Paprzycki recently addressed this problem. The popular online osteopath has already gathered almost 140,000 followers on his Instagram. He often shares his knowledge and experience with his fans.

In a recent recording, he drew attention to a currently popular problem faced by people who spend many hours in front of screens. Working for a long time and then sitting with a phone in hand or in front of the TV does not have a beneficial effect on our eyesight. The eye muscles work in the same way all the time, and the eye dries out. This causes our eyesight to become tired. Some may have heard of looking into the distance every now and then to give themselves some relief. Paprzycki suggested another option, which will work especially well for those who do not have a window in their office.

Relax. Take a break and “watch the sausage”

If you sit in front of the phone or computer all day and your eyes are tired, you need to know this trick. If you place your index fingers about an inch apart and relax your eyes and look at what’s behind them, you should see a small sausage. If you can’t see the sausage, it means your eye muscles are still tense.

– People who have tired eyesight should take a break from work for at least half a minute every hour and watch the sausage. Especially those people who don’t have a window. Because our eyes rest when we look into the distance. So if you don’t have a window, keep an eye on the wiener, the specialist advised.
