Several hits were shot in Poland. This does not surprise us at all, because the landscape of our country is very diverse. Lowlands predominate, but there are highlands and mountains in the south, and there are many lakes in the north.

The landscape in Poland has a very natural character and is shaped only by the forces of nature, which is why it captivates filmmakers. Additionally, many cities have characteristic points and monuments that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. - The final scenes of “The Witcher” were recorded in Ogrodzieniec Castle, located in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland;
- “The Chronicles of Narnia” was filmed in the Table Mountains, among others. at Lake Siemianowskie near the Białowieża Forest and at the Kamieńczyk Waterfall;
- “Inland Empire” directed by David Lynch was recorded in Łódź;
- The Polish-Australian series “Two Worlds” was filmed in several places: Jura Krakowsko-Częstochowska, Dubie, Ogrodzieniec, Książ Castle, Czocha Castle;
- “Out of reach” was recorded in Warsaw: in the Palace of Culture, at the Warsaw University of Technology and in the Library of the University of Warsaw;
- “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Birds and Snakes” was filmed in Wrocław at the Centennial Hall;
- “Enemy Number One” was recorded in Gdańsk. The city was the site of a secret CIA prison;
- “Schnidler’s List” was filmed in Krakow. A heavy labor camp was located in the Libana Quarry.

In “Proof of Life” by Taylor Hackford, the Biedrusko Military Training Ground was used. The horror film “Atlas of Evil” was filmed in Kazimierz Dolny, more precisely in the Korzeniowy Dół gorge.
