Monika Brodka debuted on the Polish music scene in 2004, when she won the third edition of “Idol”. Then she released her debut album, which she called simply “Album”. It included such hits as “Ten” and “Kają moja lad”, and the re-edition of the album released a year later was promoted by the single “Miałesz pozna”, which is still one of the artist’s best-known songs.

We are talking about Jan Wieczorkowski, who played in the popular soap opera “Klan” at the time. According to media reports, he immediately caught the singer’s eye and invited her for coffee. After getting to know each other, it turned out that they had a lot in common and quickly decided to become a couple. However, they both guarded their privacy very much, which only resulted in even greater interest in their relationship on gossip portals.

Monika Brodka does not want to be written about her private life, but only about her musical achievements. Last year, she received a Fryderyk in the “album of the year: alternative” category for the EP “Sadza”, produced by Przemysław Jankowiak, known under the pseudonym 2K88. The mini-album was promoted by the singles: “Sadza”, “Monika” and “Wpław”.
