Ticks can also appear in the garden, which poses a threat to humans and pets. The “towel test” will make sure that the plot is safe. All you need to do is put a white cloth on the mop handle (preferably hand-made terry cloth, but it doesn’t have to be) and run it over the grass. If you see small creatures on the cloth, you better get rid of them quickly. For this purpose, you can prepare a home spray. Mix 200 ml of water with 200 ml of apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons of alcohol and 20 drops of tea tree oil. Mix everything and spray it in places where ticks have appeared.
