Mariusz Zielke’s famous film entitled “Bagno” was released on YouTube at the end of June 2023, just before the elections. Then it was shown by Telewizja Republika, and then TVP1 and TVP Info. In the material, the creator presented the accounts of six people who accused the famous jazz musician Krzysztof S. of pedophilic acts.

Krzysztof S. co-created television programs for children and teenagers, and “Bagna” showed that he used the trust of young people to take advantage of them. People claiming to be the artist’s victims in the film told how years ago Krzysztof S. allegedly ordered them to undress, touched their private parts and even raped them.
Zielke, apart from hurting the victims he reached, focused on criticizing the mainstream media, which he blamed for the entire situation. The author refers to the “media swamp” with the title itself and appeals to the conscience of all journalists who ignored the topic. However, the former journalist did not stay on one film, he also published the second part of “Bagno 2: Przemilczane”. This time just before the elections in October 2023. However, the material quickly disappeared from the Internet and did not gain as much popularity as the first one.
Like , the production of each of the two parts of “Swamp” cost its creator PLN 200,000. However, it was not Zielke who was to finance the film. By 2020, the creators managed to collect half of the amount needed to produce the material.
According to oko.press.pl, Zielke was supposed to get help from his friend, Janusz Jabłoński. His name is associated with accusations of corruption and tender rigging during the rule of Law and Justice. Jabłoński was to provide the creator of “Bagna” with funds and a film crew. We thought he was talking about pedophilia, but he clarified: it’s important for our people. He never said who paid him, but it was obvious to us that everything he did revolved around government contracts.

The portal’s investigation also shows that the film was consulted at the PiS headquarters on Nowogrodzka Street, and Jabłoński wanted to shoot quickly. – Janusz Jabłoński insisted that he had to have it now.
