As it turned out, the legendary actor graced with his presence a new action film with science fiction elements “Agent Recon” directed by Derek Ting, for whom it is a debut project. Moreover, at the stage of its creation, he joined forces with his friend, Dakota, who was entrusted with creating the fight choreography. According to the announcement, the production will premiere on VOD in the United States on June 21, 2024. For now, it is not known whether it will be distributed in other countries around the world, including Poland.

Not only the form of the 84-year-old Norris is impressive, but also the level of execution of shots. Preliminary information shows that production cost only $7 million, which is not an impressive amount for this genre. Despite financial limitations, it can already be seen that the creators were up to the challenge, as the title does not differ from high-budget ones.

The plot of “Agent Recon” focuses on the fate and actions taken by a secret military task force. Its target was unexplained energy disturbances that began to occur at a secret base in New Mexico. Her crew is said to be experimenting with alien technology in a similar way, but there is no evidence of this. The team members decide to verify these assumptions and go to the site. They quickly come across a never-before-seen creature that is distinguished not only by supernatural strength, but also by speed. However, they do not give up. Three agents decide to engage in an unequal fight with an army of warriors to save the fate of humanity.
In the production, Norris will play the role of Alastair, the commander of Earth’s secret security forces. At his side will appear not only director Derek Ting as the talented newcomer Jim Yung, but also “Beastmaster” star Marc Singer as the battle-hardened Colonel Green.
