Poles love loyalty programs. As research shows, eight out of ten people are active users, and as many as 3/4 of respondents declare that they regularly use a maximum of 5 loyalty programs. Additionally, even every second person surveyed claims that they will be willing to join others if they are attractive. Why is there so much interest in loyalty programs? The answer is very simple. The vast majority, even over 80 percent. respondents value the benefits of the programs and the opportunity to save on purchases [1].
