Michał Marszał’s account blocked on Instagram. “It’s all coming together today” [TYLKO U NAS]

Instagram blocked the account of satirist and influencer Michał Marsza³. The day before, he received a warning regarding “controversial content”. Adam Liszewski, representing the influencer, provided Gazeta.pl with a comment on this matter.

On Monday morning, Wirtualne Media announced the suspension of Michał Marszał’s Instagram account, which so far was followed by 412,000 people. On Sunday, the influencer ran a live report, during which he received a message from Meta about “controversial content”. Currently, Michał Marszał’s account does not appear in search results. Instead, Internet users receive a notification saying “Sorry, this page is unavailable. The link you clicked may have been broken or the page may have been deleted.”

Instagram blocked Michał Marszał’s account. “We had a lot of information”

Michał Marszał is currently filming, but we asked Adam Liszewski, who represents him, to comment. “We confirm that the account has been blocked, as far as we know, temporarily, it is possible to appeal, and whether the appeal will be effective depends on Meta. However, for a few days, our content, which was not controversial but random, was marked by “Instagram, we don’t really know why. It’s all coming together today, they were probably organized attacks. We don’t know who inspired these reports, but we have had numerous reports that our visibility is being deliberately limited.” – Liszewski admits in an interview with Gazeta.pl.

“This is not the first time that an account that has a lot of influence and is intended to inform people disappears due to the activities of organized groups. We are sorry, of course, that this is happening, that the algorithms are managed so rigorously in this matter for creators who care about the quality of their content. And what is most important to us: we will return. We will try to return to the same account that was followed by over 410,000 people, we will not abandon our community,” Liszewski told Gazeta.pl. “Tygodnik Nie” was to transmit the information via the new michalmarszalpl account on the X portal.

Previously, Michał Marszał ran a profile under the banner of “Tygodnik Nie”, but in 2022 he took over the account from the publisher. Since then, he has been running it under his name and surname. Michał Marszał is an influencer and satirist who comments on political and social topics on social media. Recently, the problem related to blocking content also affected Karolina Krowin-Piotrowska, who noted in her Instagram entry: “I have a similar problem, although I do not have 10% of activity as Michał Marszał. I am regularly warned, now I am banned from live, I do not show up, I have lost Facebook with 165,000 followers. This is the world we live in: Black mirror is happening now.

Similar problems were also reported by the Facebook profile of Lekcjareligii.pl: “A strange thing has been happening on Facebook lately – for some reason, Facebook has started hiding a lot of comments, often very innocent ones. I can’t sift it out and restore everything, so I’m just paying attention to it.” .
