  • a glass of flour,
  • 200 ml of cow or plant milk,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 50 ml of sparkling water,
  • 100 million fondants,
  • 30 g or margarine,
  • a bit of salt,
  • a teaspoon of powdered sugar.

Melt the butter in a pot and set aside to cool. Then pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl: milk, water and add the eggs. Mix with a whisk and then sift the flour. It is best to do it slowly, stirring constantly. Finally, add the cream, mix and add salt, sugar and melted butter. Mix until the mass is uniform, but not too thick. Fry in a preheated pan.
