A popular product for applying foundation is the so-called beauty blender, i.e. a special sponge for applying foundation, bronzer and cream blush. You can buy it in virtually every drugstore. However, it turns out that some people are looking for more interesting solutions. An example is lifestyle influencer Patrycja Sojka, who publishes content mainly related to make-up and skin care on Instagram.
The Instagramer decided to do her makeup, but she didn’t use a beauty blender. Instead, she “helped” herself with… a hard-boiled egg. The entire film is a humorous test – is it even possible to properly apply foundation with an egg?

“Makeup with a boiled egg” – we read in the description of the roll. The woman immediately noticed the unpleasant smell accompanying the activity. “It smelled very bad,” she said. However, she was positively surprised by some aspects of applying makeup. – It turned out pretty cool – we hear on the recording. – The foundation was only peeling off a little and around the nose it didn’t look too good – she said, showing the effects directly to the camera.

– said the influencer. – The application itself, I must admit, was not very pleasant. However, the egg is hard because it is cooked and I couldn’t squeeze it too hard, otherwise I would end up with scrambled eggs on my face – she added jokingly.

According to Patrycja Sojka, it didn’t turn out too bad. – The egg only didn’t cope with the nose lobes and the corners of the eyes – she admitted. – And of course all my makeup smelled like boiled eggs – she concluded. The video she published gained over 1,300 likes. However, not everyone liked his humorous convention.
“Yuck, what is this movie supposed to be for?” – one follower asked. “Do all movies always have to be serious and sad?” – replied the influencer. However, most users rated her video as funny and creative. “It looks funny when you apply foundation with this egg. Well, the area around the nose is average, but overall it’s great, apart from the egg smell,” added another Internet user.
