An illusionist’s mistake in “Got Talent”. The participant had to explain himself

On Saturday, we got to know the next finalists of the 15th season of “Got Talent”. This time, Bartek Wasilewski, the Widuto music band, Tymon Glapiński, Tomasz Jakowienko, Oliwia Prędki, Nina Stec, the Nesemos Dance Team, Karolina Majewska, the Timofeevu duo and Maciej Pęda competed for the next stage of the show. The last mentioned participant charmed the talent show jurors during the audition phase by performing card tricks on stage.

This time, the magician decided to enrich his performance with more props – candles, fire and ping-pong balls. The performance was very dynamic, and the participant tried to show the audience as many different tricks as possible. As a result, not everything went as he planned, and at one point the ping-pong balls fell out of his hands. This moment was not lost on both the audience and the show hosts. After going on stage, Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak said to the participant: “Your balls are a bit unruly.”

Marcin Prokop also echoed the presenter, asking the illusionist after the fact whether the mentioned mistake was part of the planned performance: “Was the moment when the balls fell from your fingers was part of the performance, or was it a mistake that you tried to quickly fix?” However, the artist assured that everything went according to plan. Maciej Pęda’s performance was also praised by Agnieszka Chylińska and Julia Wieniawa. The first juror said that she would like for an illusionist to finally reach the final: “I dream of such a beautiful finale with illusionists, because it is something that has never happened before. I think Maciej definitely deserves it.” Julia Wieniawa, who knows Maciej Pęda privately, was also delighted. “You absolutely cheated on me. You are the only cheater I like,” said the actress.
