In March 2024, Krzysztof Ziemiec said goodbye to the position of host of “Teleexpress” on Polish Television. The presenter, like many former journalists of the public broadcaster, was dismissed as a result of changes that took place at TVP at that time. Ziemiec worked at Telewizja Polska for almost 20 years, and in the meantime he hosted, among others, “Wiadomości”, “Kwadrans po 8ą” and “Miła 20”. In addition to the vacancy at TVP, the journalist has also been cooperating with the RMF station for 11 years, where he hosts the program “Krzysztof Ziemiec’s Guest at RMF FM”. He last appeared on air on Saturday, April 20, and his guest was the Polish ambassador to Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

A few days ago, one of the Internet users published a photo of Krzysztof Ziemiec on Twitter, showing the former TVP journalist painting the walls in one of the rooms. “Meanwhile, these are the pictures from around Dublin… Anyone recognize them?” – we read in the entry shared by Krzysztof Ziemiec on his profile. The presenter jokingly responded to Internet users’ taunts regarding his work. “Everything is for a reason. No job is a disgrace. Do I need to go over this topic?”, “While I work, I like to listen to music from the Islands. From my youth”, “As the unforgettable Irena Kwiatkowska used to say: I am… and I am not afraid of any work “- we read in the comments.
Wirtualne Media contacted the journalist. In response to the website’s questions, Krzysztof Ziemiec replied: “I am at work now. I will come back after the May weekend. I am at work, the effects will be, I hope, positive.”
