“His last days were filled with music, surrounded by the love of his family. Michael lived his life with childlike wondertraveling a deeply introspective path that fused the mind and the heart,” the statement adds. The website specifies that Pinder, the only member of the original band who was still alive, defended a fundamental principle throughout his musical career: “Keep “Hand above the clouds, but keep your feet on the ground.”
