Its transformation process has been notorious. The Guayaquil woman is a very different woman from the one who entered the production she transmits Ecuavisa, in reprise from this week. She returned days ago as the winner of a reality international that was broadcast to 11 countries, she made friends and as she says, she got love in the Panamanian artist Miguel Melfi.

She is no longer just the former participant of Combat, the program that was his first work space on television. Now she is a young artist who is beginning to make her way into music. Featured his song Shoulder strap in the concert Vacation with the Ferxxo, on the El Dorado esplanade in Guayaquil; and she acted as an international guest on the Panama Telethon. With plans to ring in the new year with Melfi, the Ecuadorian talks to this newspaper about her musical projects and her experiences in Istanbul.

How about your first international performance on the Panama Telethon together with Miguel?

It was an unforgettable, incredible experience, Panama is hospitable, they treated me like a princess, they support me, I feel very happy to have that reception, since day one that they supported me they have not stopped loving me. When it was my presentation, I was left with my mouth open, it is something that I do not believe, that they Shoulder strap, my first single, my first song as a soloist, to hear that they sing it, that they sing it, is the greatest achievement and dream of an artist.

Miguel told us that they have more projects together in music, what do they have already ready?

The truth is that I am enjoying today, I am living it to the fullest, grateful to God. Yes a Bandolier remix, a music video with him is pending. We still don’t know if we will record it in Ecuador or Panama, but what we do know is that many projects are coming with him, together, there are also collaborations with international artists. We were with Feid, Ferxxo, Bless, for me it has been an honor to be on stage with them and national artists. The beauty of all this is being with a person who shares your dreams, your ideals, who encourages you to be better, who understands you, understands you and that despite the problems or any obstacle we continue to choose each other to grow together both personally as in the professional.

It was eliminated, but returned as a favorite to reality, What value do you place on that unconditional support from your fans?

I am totally grateful, for me, my triumph is dedicated to them. They were the ones who won, for me winning means being grateful to them because despite any monetary achievement, my best gift and prize are them, the public from the 11 countries. They were always faithful, they were the most sincere support, obviously Miguel’s as well. I take that from The power of love, I found love, and I found the love of the participants, there are also people that I take with me, friends. I am very closed in the circle of friendship, I take friends, I take love.

On his re-entry to reality, Melfi was starting a relationship with the Honduran Griss Romero and in the program you said: ‘I will know how to wait, I will be your friend and when you need me I will be there’, was it worth the wait? How do you take the comments that ensure that the Melfi’s approach was due to votes?

Only he and I know what we feel and it feels intensely and feels nice. You know when it is real, the real thing cannot be faked, so not only love was on the show but also under the shadows (off-camera). In the sense of a call, of worrying, of being pending, various details. Far from all this, from leaving something in it for me lobby, the attention, the interest, the sincerity, the support, whatever is there for me. It has been that person who has that angel to understand me and understand me. We are like ying and yang, completely opposite energies, but which complement each other. It is not necessary to have an incredible love story, what we want is to be a tremendous team, and that is what we are achieving, let it be my team, my accomplice, my buddy, let it be everything.

How many times did you break the rules together?

I reserve it, the truth (laughs), as Renier (Left) would say.

Regarding the participants, how is your relationship with them? Are you still in touch with Melissa Gate, your closest friend in production?

That’s what we always talked about with Meli, that we were always alone, that we didn’t need anyone to defend us and each one defended herself within the program, each in her own way. I always maintained a strong line of respect.

It is nice to have a friend who is there for you and who does not defend you because of content, because there are people who do that, but because there is a bond of friendship, because she loves you and values ​​you, that is nice. There was always that friendship, that support between the two of them, she is the lost sister that I did not have, we keep writing to each other, we send each other videos, but since I have plans to internationalize, I know that I will be in Colombia visiting her.

When you received your award as the winner of the reality show, it was the participants of the men’s house, in its entirety, who congratulated you and were happy for you, why didn’t the same thing happen with most of your companions?

I do not know what each person has in his head, in his thoughts, each one is the owner of what he thinks and what he feels, but it is born, well, that is his way of thinking, his way of acting, we don’t have to do things in an interested or hypocritical way. I am focused on mine, on enjoying the triumph, on being happy, on taking advantage of every minute of the program, if the men came, it is because they are more relaxed, uncomplicated, sincere. As I said at some point, the relationship with men is like brothers, because they could take their hides out in the sun, there could be problems, but at the end of the afternoon there was that reconciliation and I consider myself to be such a person, without grudges , so maybe that’s why he had more affinity with boys.

On the other hand, he did not have such an affinity with girls and with people he did, so welcome. I appreciate your hugs, your good wishes, I stay with those who love me, with my family, with those who wish me well, and you always have to surround yourself with people who love you. That has always been my point of view.

With Mare Cevallos, after a first conflictive stage, they developed a cordial relationship of companionship, how did they really stay?

I always wish her the best, she is a very beautiful woman, a very good actress, as I always say, I wish her the best in her relationship and in everything she does. Right now I think I have to focus on myself, my dreams, my projects and my relationship. And as I always say, the one who throws the bad at me, I throw the good one and that will always be my motto.

Besides music, is there a proposal on national or foreign television?

There will always be proposals and it is something that I am grateful to God for, because since I arrived in my country, to my beautiful land, proposals have come, but now believe me that all this for me is so new that I do not believe it, I am living something different, and right now I am with my work team, wanting to grow, to be loved for who I am and to help me grow. Now I am with them to analyze the best proposal, but right now my north is music and that what comes in addition, that comes. I like life to surprise me, what I want is to build today to bear fruit in the future.

Would there be any collaboration with Austin Palao? How is the Bees team doing?

I am always very grateful. All this that is happening to me, for me there is only one answer: it is God. All that is happening is Him. Austin is a great friend, I appreciate him very much, he is a super sincere man. Believe me, he has been a person who has advised me, he has that wisdom to understand me, he is an exceptional friend, I always felt his beautiful friendship, to support me, to support us in music. I think that there is a collaboration with him, that we had mentioned it and how beautiful it is to share music with true friends.

His first single, released in October this year, was produced by Zuliban and Chriss M (composer). “What I like about them is that they allow me to be who I am, that my essence always predominates, so we would sit down to make the song, to say what I felt. I did this song when I left the program, because even though I was devastated, because of everything that had happened, I never gave up my career, I never gave my arm to twist. I said if they want to see me badly, I will be like the phoenix and I will continue doing what I love. I did not let myself be defeated, I did not stay in bed crying and now I am happy for everything that is happening, “she says.

Bravo developed Bandolier remix, with Melfi, who also contributed lyrics (which he wrote while on the show). “Miguel wrote his lyrics, he made it according to what happened in the program, there is a part that he details and that are the gifts he gave me in the program, I really like that he has flow as a princess and I like that he composes with his heart, and the song means a lot to us, because we were at a time when we were seeing if we would return or not, and before I did not accept if we were a couple, because I wanted to be sure that in truth this was going to be strong, that we were going to confront everything as a couple ”, he adds.
