December 2023 was one of the most turbulent months in the history of modern Polish television. As a result of the changes introduced by the new government, many journalists were dismissed from their positions at TVP, and the programs changed their nature. Even “Wiadomości” disappeared from Polish Television.
Failure on TVP. Suddenly, the audience heard a man’s voice
Instead of the flagship news program of public television, “19.30” appeared on the air. One of the main criticisms of the format that viewers have directed at the creators since its inception is its lack of clarity. However, the “boredom” and calm tone devoid of the widespread tabloidization visible in the media emanating from the screen is, for many, the main advantage and value of the program.
In “7.30”, just like in every other program and medium, there are mistakes that the viewers are happy to spot. In the last release of the format, the error was on the part of the person who carried out the transmission. The host didn’t even have time to say hello, and the viewers already knew that something had gone wrong.
The TVP journalist did not react to the blunder. She may have had no idea about it

It is difficult to say what could have been the reasons for such a situation. Most likely, the “19.30” program was accidentally interrupted by sounds from another presenter’s rehearsals, who appeared at the end of the format and encouraged people to watch the new edition of “Reporters”.
