On stage, she performed the song “Hera, Koka, Hasz, LSD”, which is a Polish version of the song “Heroin and Cocaine” performed by The Tiger Lillies, which delighted not only the jurors, but also the listeners. The performance turned out to be a springboard for her career and resulted in unflagging popularity. How did her fate turn out?
She abandoned acting for music. What successes has Karolina Czarnecka achieved?
In 2013, Czarnecka graduated from the puppetry department of the State Theater School in Białystok, and three years later she obtained a diploma from the Warsaw Theater School. She then focused on a career in the film industry, acting in television and films. Her most popular achievements include: “Resort”, “Servants of War”, “Don’t Worry About Me” or “City of Debts”, after which she disappeared from the screens.
However, this does not mean that she has completely ended her career. She partially gave up to be able to develop more dynamically in music. Already in August 2014, she released her first studio album “Córka”, which she promoted with songs such as “Stolica” and “Demakijaż”, which are a mixture of various styles, in particular rap, folklore and electronica. In the following years, she released four more albums, including: the hit “Cud”, which was released on the record market by the publishing house in mid-November 2019.
At the same time, she also launched the cory.com.pl platform, which was a kind of virtual culture house, and its content was aimed mainly at young women. Access to all materials and functions within the project was free, and after some time its implementation was suspended.

On October 29, 2024, Karolina Czarnecka will celebrate her 35th birthday. Although he avoids the limelight, he is still active in the artistic industry, time and time again surprising with new ideas. He has collaborated with many artists, including: with the Gang Śródmieście band or the cabaret and theater group “Pożar w Burdelu”. He also regularly gives concerts and composes new songs. Her latest project, called Cybernetic Séance, began with the release of the web series “wyspaSPAM” and its second season “DNO”, and culminated in “Disc from the Future”.
Currently, Czarnecka is working on her next album, which she promotes with the single “Freak Show”. Even though she appears on stage more often as a singer than an actress, the world of theater is still close to her. A few days ago, she also announced that she had decided to direct the play. In turn, in her private life, she focuses mainly on raising her daughter Józefina, who was born in 2022.
