Of course, there is no perfect hair, but conscious care and specific techniques will make your hair almost perfect and its appearance will attract attention. So where to start?

It is worth knowing your hair type

Conscious care requires an individual approach. First of all, you need to determine the porosity, i.e. the degree of tilt of the cuticles from the hair surface, which you can determine yourself by performing a simple test. It involves placing a hair in a glass of water and observing the degree of its immersion. Low porosity hair will float on the surface of the water. They are usually smooth, shiny and have a healthy appearance. Medium porosity will be immersed until half the glass. They may be damaged, dull and blue. However, highly porous ones will be at the very bottom of the glass. They are usually rough, dry and prone to frizz.

Cosmetics ingredients are important

Hair has different structures, so it is worth choosing the right cosmetics for them. When choosing shampoo and hair conditioner, we should pay attention to several important issues. The vast majority forget that shampoo should be used for the scalp and conditioner for hair. Proper care is crucial to ensure that our hair is always shiny, not dry or greasy. A poorly selected preparation may even cause them to fall out. Today’s market offers such a wide range of hair shampoos that sometimes it is difficult to choose the one that will be right for us. It is worth taking into account the composition of the cosmetic you want to use. Some of the ingredients act directly on hair bulbs, skin or hair structure. It is good to look for shampoos and conditioners whose formula is based on: medicinal herbs such as lavender, rosemary, arnica, sage, burdock and natural ingredients that have a soothing effect on the scalp and prevent hair loss.

That is why we do not save water when rinsing the conditioner, making sure that it is washed off from the entire length of the hair.

Our hair does not need intensive drying and styling with thermal devices. Let’s give them a break from high temperatures, at least on warm days, and put the dryer in the closet.

Combinations of many valuable oils, such as sweet almond oil, rosemary oil, lavender oil, as well as bergamot oil and Ylang-Ylang oil, can be found in the strengthening serum. This is a good choice because 98 percent it consists of natural ingredients and you only need to use it twice a week to see the effects. The serum should be applied to the scalp and massaged in with circular movements. This will increase blood circulation in the skin, which will stimulate hair follicles to grow.
