Luna goes to Eurovision, and Zapendowska clips her wings: Lack of vocal abilities

– Luna is fighting a throat infection. Not only her. In London, the Belgian Mustii, Olly from the UK and the Frenchman Slimane also dealt with infections. Most of the representatives do not even appear at all pre-Eurovision concerts. Luna is one of the few, if not the only one, who performs at each of these events – members of the Polish representative’s team explained the London performance. Luna’s performance that night was, to put it mildly, not the best.

Elbżeta Zapendowska about Luna in London: The performance is really poor and amateurish

We could recently see how Elżbieta Zapendowska, who for years was a juror in “Idol” and “Must Be The Music”, evaluates Luna thanks to the vocal coach’s conversation with Onet. Zapendowska said that the song “The Tower”, which represents Poland at this year’s Eurovision in Malmo, “is definitely not a masterpiece”. – It’s such a light hit. However, it should be emphasized that the performance is really poor and amateurish – Zapendowska and added:

Of course, the singer could have been in worse condition then, but there is no way this would have affected the intonation. I think that it was not the disease that mattered here, but the lack of vocal abilities.

Eurovision is on May 7. Final with or without Poland?

Zapendowska noted that, in her opinion, Luna could improve her skills, but she certainly has preparations for the performance, interviews, and the trainer cannot assume that Luna will find time to work with her voice. And he has time until the first semi-final, i.e. until May 7. Then he will face 15 other participants and fight for the final. 10 performers will join it.
