Even an eminent professor did not help him. Viewers of “Millionaires” shocked by the decision: It’s his own fault

Mr. Robert surprised the viewers of “Millionaires”. First, he talked about his unusual goal, which he wanted to achieve by winning the main prize in the game show. Then he made a decision that was incomprehensible to many.

The last episode of “” began with questions to Mrs. Magda from Szczecin, who took a risk by asking about literature. She finished the game with a guaranteed thousand, and a student from Szczecin sat in the chair next to Hubert Urbański.

“Millionaires”. Mr. Robert called a distinguished professor

Mr. Robert came to the game show with an unusual mission. When the host asked what he would like to spend the million he won, the player confessed that it was… a plane. He also added that he would need approximately EUR 140,000 to complete the purchase. A student dreams of a plane so that he and his girlfriend can fly around the world.

Unfortunately, Mr. Robert will have to wait a while longer to realize his dreams, because he left the “Millionaires” studio with PLN 20,000 in his account. Viewers were surprised how the player left the program. Similar decisions are not made often in “Millionaires”.

Hubert Urbański asked the player what Sakhalin was. The possible answers included: A) a European peninsula, B) a strait in the Arctic, C) a North American cape, or D) an island in the Pacific. The game show participant decided to call “one of the three most outstanding scientists in Poland”, namely Professor Jan Lubiński.

Spectators don’t understand the player’s decision. “It’s his own fault”

Lubiński is the founder of the Szczecin school of medical genetics, which deals with the diagnosis and prevention of hereditary cancers. The scientist noted that he was not sure of the correct answer, but he would bet on variant “D” – an island in the Pacific.

Mr. Robert not only didn’t trust the professor, but he didn’t even use the half-and-half lifeline that he still had left. The program participant quit the game. It turned out that if he had marked the answer “D”, he could have continued playing.

There was a frenzy in the comments under the post about the gameplay. Viewers were disappointed with how the game turned out. “After all, the professor indicated the answer and there was one more circle left, it’s his own fault,” “geography at high school level” – we read on the Internet.
