The best idea is to prepare baked cutlets. Place the ready cutlets on a baking tray and cover them with additional ingredients. These can be mushrooms, zucchini or dried tomatoes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake. This is a great way to save over-salted cutlets and reuse them. However, remember not to salt the vegetables. They will absorb excess salt from the meat and also release water, so the dish should turn out perfect.
