The most emotional case arouses the case of the former Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, who apparently found out about the whole incident during his stay in hospital.

Justice Fund – the scandal is the main topic in “Kropka nad i”. Wójcik defended Ziobro

The investigation initiated by the prosecutor’s office into the unjustified spending of money from the Justice Fund has begun to produce its first results. The spokesman for the National Prosecutor’s Office, Przemysław Nowak, announced that in Ziobro’s house, among others, a file supervising the files of the proceedings regarding his father’s death. – The Prosecutor General has no right to remove this type of documents from the prosecutor’s office – prosecutor Krzysztof Parchimowicz.

The case was also a topic in the program (available at ), which was broadcast on March 28, 2024. Monika Olejnik asked former deputy minister of justice Michał Wójcik from Sovereign Poland to comment on these events, who confidently stated that Ziobro had not broken the law by keeping the files. At the same time, he sharply commented on the form of the search, claiming that the prosecutor’s office entered the politician’s house by force, breaking down the door, and that all information about previous contact attempts was a lie. – Minister Ziobro was not informed that such a search was being carried out in his house – he said, adding that it was all a well-planned “political revenge”. After these words, she couldn’t stand it.

“Final touch”. Olejnik tensed with Wójcik on the show. She cited her friend’s experiences

The host of the program quickly responded to this statement, recalling various situations from the past. She emphasized that during the 8-year rule of Law and Justice, searches also took place unexpectedly, often very late at night. – I don’t remember that the ABW agents, who had been entering various people’s houses for 8 years, called these people and said: “Ladies and gentlemen, we will enter your houses in a moment,” she said, outraged. However, Wójcik did not give up and continued his argument.

Then the journalist quoted the story of her friend, without revealing her name, who was thrown out of bed by the officers to carry out the action. – I can give you an example of my friend who was visited by investigators, they threw her out of bed, they threw a small child out of bed, how they behaved, I won’t tell you because of the early hour – she said, adding that after the fact it turned out to be a mistake. Wójcik stated that it must have been an urgent matter, because only in such situations is it possible not to provide information about the planned search in advance. – This brutal entry crosses all limits – Ziobro still defended, arguing that he was unable to return the files due to the treatment he had undergone for esophageal cancer. Finally, he added that there is no provision that would consider such a practice an abuse of powers, and therefore the search was a huge abuse that could not remain silent.
