Interestingly, Ralph Kaminsky appeared in the music video for another song announcing the album released last fall – “Maria at the Altar”. – I’m turning 30, it’s a symbolic moment for me. I don’t know why, but I always thought that my 30th birthday would be the beginning of a new, important stage in my life. While writing this album, I thought about it intensely. I didn’t want to be afraid of this birthday or give in to the stereotypes that turning thirty means gray hair, credit and a family. My thirties will be the beginning of the erotic era. The time when I will finally stop being ashamed and stop hiding from topics that are uncomfortable for me. I will speak directly, attract men, live life to the fullest – the artist about the album in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”.
Mery Spolsky was nominated for several Fryderyk awards this year – for artist of the year and for pop album. Hania Rani was named artist of the year. In the second category, the winner was Daria Zawiałow’s album “Pop Girl”.
