Filip Pławiak appeared in the “WojewódzkiKędzierski” podcast, where he talked to the hosts about, among other things, his roles in “White Courage” and “Roj¶ta”. The actor recalled the time when he tried to get into acting schools in Krakow and Wrocław. He failed the entrance exams at both universities.
He didn’t get into acting school. Today he plays in the biggest Polish productions
In a conversation with Kuba Wojewódzki and Piotr Kędzierski, the actor talked about the situation that happened to him in Krakow: “I went in and the first thing I said was that there was an error in my documents, because my name is Pławiak. It was the elocution guy. I repeated all the puzzles “, I was delighted and proud that I would definitely be able to take part in physical education. I changed into my uniform and… I was told that I had failed the previous exam.”
After this incident, Filip Pławiak decided that he would not engage in discussions with the examiners during the exam at the Łódź Film School. What happened was different because right after entering the room, he pointed out to the committee that he was 18, not 19 years old. However, this incident did not ruin his future at the university. Ultimately, Filip Pławiak graduated from the Higher School of Film and Theater in Łódź in 2012.
Since then, we have seen him in such productions as: “Chyłka”, “The Red Spider”, “Wołyń” and “Letters to M. 3”. Recently he also appeared in the famous “Rojście” and “White Courage”. Interestingly, before Filip Pławiak decided to enter the world of cinema, he dreamed of becoming an IT specialist. In high school, he even attended a mathematics and IT class.
