The new season of “Got Talent” started on TVN on March 2. At the end of February, the station published an archive video of Kamil Bednarek’s first appearance in the program on its Facebook profile. When nearly 16 years ago, a young singer grabbed the microphone and started singing Kurt Nielsen’s song, the audience was speechless. Same as the jurors. Agnieszka Chylińska, Małgorzata Foremniak and Kuba Wojewódzki were simply enchanted by the talent of the artist from Brzeg.

Not only the viewers and jurors, because almost all of Poland went crazy about Kamil Bednarek. Today, the 32-year-old artist unanimously passed to the second stage, becoming the brightest star of the third edition of the popular talent show. In the second stage, he sang “Tears in Heaven” by Eric Clapton, which earned him so many votes from the viewers that he easily advanced to the final. In the finale of the program, he performed the song “is This Love” by Bob Marley.

Since his television appearance in 2010, the musician has released a total of 8 solo albums, including studio albums, live albums and compilations.
Even earlier – before he became a person recognized throughout Poland – in 2008, he founded the band Star Guard Muffin, with which he released a total of 3 albums. The group played their first concert in their hometown of Brzeg, as support for East West Rockers. In 2009, their first, debut mini-album “Ziemia Probiecana” was released. In 2010, they released another album – “Szanuj”, which gained multi-platinum status and was included in on top of the charts.
