Already at the end of January, rumors were circulating on the X website that the TV Republika team would be joined by one of the most famous right-wing journalists, Adrian Klarenbach. The date wasn’t right, but the fact itself was. As we can read on social media, the former TVP star is to host two programs at the Sakiewicza station.
Klarenbach returned to TV screens. At what station? Certainly not on TVN24…
He made his first on-air debut on March 18 as the host of the “Po 9:00” program, which is very similar to other current affairs programs on TV Republika. According to the description, these are supposed to be “debates with politicians broadcast from Monday to Friday.”
Klarenbach was associated with Polish Television for many years. Since 2007, he has worked at TVP Info, where he hosted the program “Miwała 20”, but also, among others, election nights. He was dismissed from work in 2013 and for two years he worked with the niche channel Tele 5, where he hosted “Bez pardonu”.
He returned to public media at the beginning of 2016, i.e. after the so-called good change. He became the host of such formats as “Miwała 8”, “Miwała 20”, “Forum” and “Woronicza 17”. In recent months, he was also the co-host of the propaganda program “Jak omi lie”, which was intended to expose the alleged manipulations of “Fakty” TVN and TVN24.
He earned a nice sum of money for his work at Polish Radio. Last year he disappeared from TVP Info for a while
Additionally, since 2017, he has been cooperating with Polskie Radio 24, where he hosted a morning journalistic segment once a week and conducted interviews with politicians twice a week. According to information obtained by , the right-wing journalist received PLN 35,000 for his work on the radio. PLN per month.
Interestingly, at the beginning of last year Klarenbach disappeared from TVP Info for a few weeks. It was said then that this was a consequence of the on-air correction of the statement by Sovereign Poland MP Mariusz Kałużny that Donald Tusk supposedly receives the highest pension in the country. He then joined the hosts of the “TVP3 Info” band.
Klarenbach is another person who got a job at TV Republika after the process of depoliticization of public media began. Michał Rachoń was the first to make his debut at the Sakiewicza station. Later, the biggest star of TVP’s “Wiadomości” – Danuta Holecka – joined the editorial office. Apart from them, Adrian Borecki, Miłosz Kłeczek and Jarosław Olechowski also work at the station.
