- 6 cloves of garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1 stale Kaiser roll
- glass of water
- spices: 4 allspice grains, 3 bay leaves, 2 level teaspoons of salt, a level teaspoon of pepper, a quarter teaspoon of nutmeg
- a spoonful of oil to grease the form
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
A method of preparing:
Cut the beef and place it in a large pot, pour a glass of water, add allspice and bay leaves, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the pork, peel and chop the vegetables. Add chopped pork, onion, parsley, celery and carrot and peeled whole garlic cloves to the pot, add pepper, salt and nutmeg. If the water has evaporated, top it up. Stir, cover and cook for an hour. Then add the giblets and poultry meat, cover and cook for 25 minutes. Place the kaiser roll in the pot and wait until the roll absorbs the broth and softens. If there is too much stock after cooking, pour it off and leave it for later. Grind the ingredients from the pot, along with the soaked and slightly squeezed bread roll, with a meat grinder. Add 4 eggs to the ground mass and mix thoroughly. Grease the form with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the entire mass into the form and smooth it out. Bake for 80 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.

- half a red pepper

Crack the eggs into them and add the breadcrumbs and spices, mix thoroughly and add some broth (the mass must be thick). Line the form with baking paper or grease it and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
