The engagement party turned into hell. “We heard women screaming”

The tragic event that took place during the engagement party in Perth (Australia) was described by the website Dailymail.co.uk. A policeman from Washington (USA) was throwing a party with his future wife, who is expecting a child. At some point, a macabre accident occurred: the man fell down and died practically on the spot, cutting his carotid artery.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, the couple’s neighbors said that the party was loud and they couldn’t sleep for a long time because of the loud music. Around 1:00 a.m. they heard terrified screams. – We heard women screaming. Gigantic (…) screams – they reported. – We thought something might have happened, maybe someone had fallen or been injured, they said. Some of them wondered whether to call the police because of the noise. It was only in the morning that they noticed the police and a van “full of things” leaving the fiancée’s property.

The cause of the policeman’s accident has not yet been made public. The pregnant wife of the deceased American police officer is a nurse by profession, so she and the paramedics did everything to save the 29-year-old’s life. Unfortunately, to no avail. His injuries were too serious, reports the Daily Mail.

A few days later, a woman’s best friend organized an online fundraiser to help the future mother. In the description for the collection, she noted that the policeman’s life “was interrupted as a result of a cruel series of events, leaving behind a void that can never be filled.” Now – as she emphasized – her friend is facing the prospect of independent motherhood, which she has to reconcile with the costs of living.

The engagement turned into a nightmare. “He will always be the love of my life”

The woman, who is currently 14 weeks pregnant, gave a short interview to Daily Mail Australia. She confessed that she lost her “soul mate” due to a tragic accident. She also said that she still wears her engagement ring and that her late fiancé “will always be the love of her life and their child will know what a wonderful man he was.”

The police commissioner in Washington also commented on the dramatic accident in an interview with the media. Saying goodbye to the 29-year-old, the officer emphasized that he was an “extremely liked” and respected policeman who had “his whole life ahead of him.”

I know everyone involved is really hurting a lot right now and I think they would just like to wake up from this nightmare
