Minced cutlets are a great alternative to pork chops and pork chops in their own sauce. They often appear on our tables accompanied by potatoes, beets or salad. At first glance, their preparation is not complicated and even a novice chef can handle it. In practice, it’s easy to make a mistake that will make it hard as a sole.

The basis of minced cutlets is good quality meat. Ground pork neck is most often used, but you can also replace it with poultry, beef or pork. To prepare delicious you will need:
- 500 g ground pork shoulder,
- Half a stale kaiser roll,
- 1 egg,
- 1 onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
- Spices: salt, pepper, marjoram.
The given ingredients will make eight large cutlets. First, chop the onion and fry it in a pan. Soak the Kaiser roll in water or milk for a few minutes. Squeeze excess liquid from it and put it in the bowl with the meat. Add the previously fried onion, garlic and add the egg. Add the spices and mix everything. Form cutlets from the resulting mass, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in oil in a hot pan.

If you make minced cutlets with 500 g of meat, one potato is enough. For 1 kg of pork shoulder, use two pieces. Thanks to this, the cutlets come out soft, plump and juicy.
