A popular online dietitian revealed four typical products that do not help you lose weight at all. Some of them are a big surprise for many people, because we choose them instinctively in the morning.

Secondly, it often contains gluten, to which many people react badly. Thirdly, nutritional values ​​- there are practically none. Fourthly, satiety after eating a sandwich is also practically non-existent, because after 1-2 hours we will be hungry again, we will want to eat again and we will think about eating again. That’s not what nutrition is about.

Oatmeal is always very controversial and it will not be bad in itself. Don’t be surprised that you gain weight, feel bad, or feel hungry all the time if you add a lot of honey, dried fruit, regular fruit to your porridge and drink it all down with juice. If you consume 50, 100 or even 200 grams of sugar at once, which is quickly absorbed, don’t be surprised that this is just the way it is. Properly composed oatmeal will be absolutely fine.

– Yeast cake with drinking yogurt. For several years, when I was still in high school, I ate such breakfasts. It’s like eating sweets as your first meal. What’s the problem with this breakfast? Dynamic increase in blood glucose and insulin levels. Unfortunately, such a breakfast will digest very quickly and has virtually no nutritional value apart from calories, said the dietitian.
