A former student of a Krakow university published a three-minute recording on TikTok and told what happened to her during the exam. She also explained why she was forced to interrupt her studies and how the university treated her. The video published on the profile has already been viewed by one million people. A discussion broke out in the comments. “So you can molest a student because she cheated? People, the culture of rape and harassment is still alive,” we read among the opinions.
The lecturer told the student to lift her skirt
The incident occurred during the exam. The author of the recording admitted that she did not study for the first exam date and stared at a blank piece of paper for 40 minutes. This did not go unnoticed by the lecturer. After her friend gave her a cheat sheet and she suddenly started writing, the course teacher pointed out that he saw her using additional aids. He noted that he was to take the test on the second date.
After receiving a second chance, the woman devoted herself to studying and answered the next question without any problems. Even though she thought she would pass the exam this time, she failed. The lecturer suddenly called out her name.
Madam, my name, please stand up.” I stand up. He says: “Madam, you’re downloading (…). Please lift your skirt” (…). I was wearing a white blouse and a skirt like that with shorts. “If you don’t do it, please leave the room, you will fail the exam” (…). I didn’t know what to do anyway, I got up and left

“You broke your student oath”
The student immediately reported the incident to the dean and emphasized that she had nothing to blame. She added that there were people around who could confirm that she did not cheat. The lecturer, however, abused his power. In response, she was told that the university had been trying to find a teacher for these classes for a long time, so they could only offer her the condition that she would pay for it herself. She decided to stop studying then.
With the new semester, she decided to start with a fresh slate. She was recruited again for the first year, and after being admitted to the university, she paid for her part-time studies.
November comes, I get a summons to the dean’s office because there were irregularities (…). “You have broken your oath as a student (…). You have double student status because you are in the second year and now in the first year, you are studying the same thing, and that cannot be the case.”
– she heard. Then the case went to court and the hearing took place without the student’s participation. When she received a letter from the court, she read that she was “banned from studying at this university for a year.” – The university will not give me back the money I have already paid, i.e. almost three cents, because this is “their compensation” – she added.
