The first part of “Dune” was released in cinemas in 2021 and almost immediately became an undisputed hit. It’s no wonder that critics have even greater expectations for the next film. However, the first review published online shows that Denis Villeneuve rose to the challenge, and “Dune 2” will not disappoint even the most capricious viewers.

“The first ‘Dune’ I was a little confused. ‘Dune: Part Two’ is phenomenal. On par with the best sci-fi movies I’ve ever seen,” says Uproxx’s Mike Ryan.
“This probably won’t shock anyone, but I absolutely loved ‘Dune 2.’ I would happily watch another hour,” writes Collider’s Steven Weintraub.
