There is also no shortage of expressive colors. Of course, the place, which has only been open for a month, has already made enemies. There was already a protest in front of the restaurant by a small group of Catholics who brought a huge painting of Jesus and prayed in front of the entrance.
The priest from the estate – which is probably not a surprise – was not satisfied with the appearance of the premises. – It pains me greatly that someone involved faith and Mary in promoting his restaurant – he said in a recording published on YouTube. He added that in his opinion it was done “out of calculation”, “to create noise” and “to draw believers into it”. – It really pisses me off and it hurts that it happened – he added.

He talked about the details of the visit and general impressions in an eight-minute video. At the beginning he heard from the waiters “God bless you”.

– What should a Catholic do in such a situation? (…) Any protests are pointless and have a completely opposite effect than intended. It makes much more sense to sign the petition circulating on the Internet that the interior offends religious feelings, he continued. Finally, he added that he “encourages prayers for those who opened this restaurant” and “those who go there.” – So that they see something wrong in it – said the “priest from the estate”.
