After a weekend full of music and costumes, the Gran Teatro Falla de Cádiz will once again host another session of the quarterfinals of the carnival contest of this year. All the quartets classified for this second phase have already taken the stage but there are still some left chirigotas, comparsas and some choir to get on stage and show the jury that they deserve to advance to this year’s semifinals. There are only four sessions left in this phase and it should be noted that the groups They start from scratch on the markers.
In this fourth installment of the COAC quarterfinals, there will be three seeds that will make the Falla theater vibrate: la chirigota ‘Carnival I shit on your dead’the troupe ‘The joy of Cádiz’ and the choir ‘The party of fools’. Although the aforementioned groups have a history in previous editions of this contest, it would not be the first time that one of the least favorites gave a surprise in the contest classifications. In this sense, two other chirigotas and two other troupes join the leading groups to complete the programming of today’s show.
