Only 4 ingredients are needed, and the name will immediately appeal to those with a sweet tooth. It refers to a delicious cake.

Most of us regularly eat the same, standard meals for breakfast. We’re in a hurry to get to work in the morning, so we want something quick and easy to do. For this reason, our tables often feature scrambled eggs, omelets or sandwiches with ham or yellow cheese. Sooner or later you may come to the conclusion that you have had enough of them. It’s high time to try something new.

Breakfast idea. Recipe for cottage cheese cheesecakes

Do we have any cheesecake fans here? You will definitely like this recipe. It’s a great alternative to apple pancakes and sweet omelets. We’re talking about cheesecakes, i.e. cottage cheese pancakes. To prepare them you will need:

  • 250 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese, in a piece,
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • 1 large egg,
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar.

The cottage cheese and egg should be at room temperature. The given proportions will yield 6 pancakes. Knead the cottage cheese with a fork and add the egg. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and vanilla sugar and mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle the board with one tablespoon of flour, place the dough on it and knead. Tear off pieces of dough, form balls and flatten them on your hand. Fry the cheesecakes in oil or butter in a heated frying pan. Serve with powdered sugar, jam, fruit or cream.

A quick cooked breakfast. Express banana pancakes

If you don’t like cottage cheese and are worried that you won’t like the cheesecakes, we have a great alternative. Make banana pancakes. It’s really simple and even a beginner can handle it.

  • 2 small bananas,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
  • A teaspoon of baking powder,
  • Frying oil.

Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add eggs, flour, milk, powdered sugar and baking powder. Mix everything with a whisk or blend. Place one tablespoon of dough on the pan and fry the pancakes over low heat. They taste best with maple syrup or chocolate cream.
