They have one drawback that is known to everyone who works with words – they contain a strictly defined number of characters and no more can be fit beyond the limit. is no exception. On Tuesday afternoon, the person responsible for the content of the information strip was missing only four letters, which resulted in a (probably unintentional) familiarity with the head of state.

Until now, information strips were most often talked about in the context of “horror strips”. There were also numerous typos and mistakes. It’s time for some accidental familiarity with the president.
Shortly after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, it was already known that the president would soon pardon two convicted former MPs, which would lead to their release from prison. The situation was dynamic, since the morning, new letters were flowing back and forth between the head of state and the Ministry of Justice, and the media tried to keep up with it. The president’s name was an accidental “victim” on one of the strips on TVN24:

The mistake was quickly noticed, but what happened, happened. The frame from TVN24 was immortalized on the Internet and there is no doubt that in a few weeks it will be an example for PiS voters of how the largest commercial station in Poland treats the president. But let’s be honest – it could have been worse. The president kept his surname, although it could have been signed “Adrian” on impulse, which would refer to the TV series “The President’s Ear”, parodying the PiS government a few years ago. And it would be enough to write “Duda” instead of “Andrzej”…
