A Radio Szczecin propagandist appropriated official equipment. This is another scandal involving him

The representative of Radio Szczecin, attorney Rafał Wiechecki, announced in a notification to the Szczecin-Śródmieście District Prosecutor’s Office that after leaving the station at the beginning of December last year. Duklanowski did not return several work devices. In the letter, he lists a notebook valued at PLN 11,000. PLN, sound recorder for PLN 4,000. On the night from Sunday to Monday, January 21 and 22, Tomasz Duklanowski responded to these allegations on the X platform (formerly Twitter). He announced that the notification to the prosecutor’s office is intended to serve the purpose of seizing the equipment by “the new representative of Radio Szczecin, nominated by the Tusk regime.” He also pointed out that Rafał Wiechecki is “a friend of Giertych and at the same time a defender of Gawłowski and other Platform people.”

He also explained that he did not hand over his official property due to evidence of journalistic confidentiality. “I have dozens of recordings and documents on the criminal activities of PO people on my work computer and mobile phone.” He also referred to his disgusting investigation into the death of the son of MP Magdalena Filiks, pointing out that the Civic Platform was to blame for this event.

The chief propagandist of Radio Szczecin gained wider recognition on December 29, 2022, when on the station’s website, and immediately afterwards in the “Jedziemy” program by Michał Rachoń on TVP Info, he was the first to provide data that allowed him to identify the son and daughter of PO MP, Magdalena Filiks, as victims of a pedophile from that party. It is worth noting that he was already convicted and serving a prison sentence.

However, a real storm around Duklanowski broke out on March 3, 2023, when Filiks announced the suicide of her 15-year-old son Mikołaj. The funeral took place 4 days later, and during discussions with publicists and politicians, it was widely believed that the publication of the editor-in-chief of Radio Szczecin contributed to this.

The radio station employee was on vacation at the time, and shortly after returning, he decided to distance himself from the allegations. In an interview for Gazeta Polska, he unsuccessfully argued that he had not disclosed personal data enabling him to recognize the victim. He referred to information obtained from the press spokesman of the court in Szczecin. The speculations were then put to rest by the president of the District Court in Szczecin, Maciej Strączyński. “The data that ‘these were children of a well-known parliamentarian’ did not come from the court,” he said.
