Julio Iglesias’ son returns to TV cooking and faces off against his sister Ana Boyer in Spanish TV’s gastronomy program

Julio Iglesias Jr., the second son of the Iglesias Preysler clan, returns to television to participate in a culinary reality show in which he must demonstrate his baking skills. At the exhibition “Bake Off, famous people in the oven” will face his sister Ana Boyerthe youngest daughter of her mother Isabel Preysler.

The son of singer Julio Iglesias and a Filipina socialite is putting music aside for now and joining this adventure that has already started airing on La 1 de TVE, reports Lecturas.

The confectionery program is another version “The Great British Bake Off” whose first edition was broadcast on Amazon Prime Video.

This second edition brings together 14 well-known figures in the Spanish social sphere, including Julio Iglesias Jr., who already has experience in several reality shows, and was last on television in 2018 with the program “Come to lunch with me: gourmet edition”.

The first episode of “Bake Off, celebrities in the oven” aired on Thursday, January 11 on the RTVE signal and to date has already added its first eliminated participant, Toñi Salazar, according to a review by Diez Minutos.

Journalist and actress Paula Vázquez is in charge of running the pastry program, which will also have a top judging panel such as a chef from Madrid with two Michelin stars. Paco Roncero; cook and manager Eva Arguiñano; and Argentinian pastry chef and executive chef of the Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires Hotel Damjan Betular.

The candidates for first place and thus winning the prize of one hundred thousand euros, i.e. 109,498 dollars, are:
