In turn, a woman of the same age would receive the lowest benefit if her salary throughout her entire working period was PLN 5,000. PLN gross. To receive an average pension of PLN 3,300, a woman would have to earn approximately PLN 10,000. PLN gross, and men PLN 8,500 gross. The inequality results from the fact that women can retire after the age of 60.

Equalization of retirement age
