From January 1, 2024, the fee for one month of using the radio will be PLN 8.70. In turn, you will have to pay PLN 27.30 for a month of using a television or television and radio set.
Price list of RTV 2024 subscription fees, including discounts for advance payments for a given period:
- 1 month – PLN 27.30;
- 2 months – PLN 53.00 (3% discount on the monthly fee when paying in advance for 3 months);
- 3 months – PLN 78.70 (4% discount on the monthly fee when paying in advance for 4 months);
- 4 months – PLN 106.00;
- 5 months – PLN 131.70;
- 6 months – PLN 155.70 (5% discount on the monthly fee when paying in advance for 6 months);
- 7 months – PLN 183.00;
- 8 months – PLN 208.70;
- 9 months – PLN 234.40;
- 10 months – PLN 261.70;
- 11 months – PLN 287.40;
- 12 months – PLN 294.90.
Who doesn’t have to pay an RTV license fee?
Information about who does not have to pay an RTV license fee can be found on the gov.pl website. We read there that total exemption from subscription fees applies to people who:
- who are over 75 years of age;
- who are over 60 years of age and are entitled to a pension whose monthly amount does not exceed 50% of the average salary;
- classified as disability group I;
- veterans who are war or military disabled;
How much is the penalty for not paying the RTV license fee?
Poczta Polska employees are entitled to check subscription fees. During such a visit, the inspected person is obliged to present documents confirming the registration of the equipment. If it turns out that we are using an unregistered radio or television receiver, we will be fined 30 times the monthly subscription fee.
