Marek Jackowski was born in 1946 in Stare Olsztyn. He was interested in music from an early age. He loved Paul Anek and The Rolling Stones. He started in the Łódź group Impuls, later he collaborated with Piwnica pod Baranami. In 1974, together with Milo Kurtis, he founded Sensacyjna Grupa Okozjonalna, which later changed its name to .
