Salad prepared with them has been very popular for some time now. The noodles included with the soup can be used to create a delicious dish.

On New Year’s Eve, a salad of Chinese soups was certainly present on many tables. No wonder, because it’s a great idea for a party. If you’ve never tried it, it’s high time to change that. To prepare it you will need:

  • 2 packages of Chinese soup,
  • 1 chicken breast,
  • Half a cup of chopped peppers
  • Half a cup of corn,
  • 1/4 cup of parsley,
  • 2 pickled cucumbers,
  • 1/4 onion,
  • Half a cup of natural yogurt,
  • 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • Spices: salt, pepper, sweet pepper, Provençal herbs, granulated garlic, dried onion.

First, cut the chicken into cubes, place it in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of each spice and mix. Of course, at the very end you can add more spices, depending on your own preferences. Place the prepared meat in the refrigerator for half an hour. During this time, the spices will enhance its flavor.

After 30 minutes, remove the meat from the refrigerator and fry it in a pan. Transfer to a bowl and add vegetables. Many people pour boiling water over the pasta to make it soft immediately. I don’t do this, because the pasta will soften later under the influence of mayonnaise. I crush it and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Finally, I add mayonnaise, yogurt and olive oil. I put the salad in the fridge overnight. In the morning, the pasta is as soft as if I had just added it cooked. Delicious!
